Cancellation policy

Any reservation made by the Client either by email, through our site or over the phone must be cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy mentioned below, our cancellation policy applies as soon as the client has provided us with his/her credit/debit card information either over the phone or via email at the time of booking .


  1. More than 6 days prior to the start of the 1st period of hire, 15% of all monies will be non-refundable with a minimum of 45€.
  2. Between 6 days and 48hrs prior to the start of the 1st period of hire, 35% of all monies will be non-refundable with a minimum of 45€.
  3. Less than 48 hours prior to the start of the 1st period of hire, or no-show, 100% of all monies will be non-refundable
  4. Cancellation by client must be done in writing either: by email to: JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING
  5. Our terms and conditions including our cancellation policy are also available from our website site and/or through a link provided during the booking process.
  6. The cancellation of a booking by a client via email will be confirmed on our side by an email to the address provided at the time of booking.
  7. Where payment was made by credit or debit card a refund will be made to the same card that was used for payment. Refunds cannot be made to another card.
  8. Any Amex transaction fees applied to the original reservation will not be refunded in the event of cancellation occurring per client request.
  9. Passengers will be expected to contact us if they are unable to locate their driver.
  10. If, despite our efforts to contact the lead passenger, the customer does not appear at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all monies paid will be non-refundable.

No charge for flight delay
  1. Our company doesn't charge waiting time fee for any delayed landing flight delay (Commercial flight only)
  2. For private Jet, customers are permitted twenty (20) minutes of wait time after the scheduled pickup time. Any waiting time beyond this limit will incur the hourly rate.


Price & Payment
  1. Any price quoted is based on the information given at the time of booking.
  2. All our prices are quoted in euros (EUR or €).
  3. Our Prices include gas, toll and parking fees, the driver’s remuneration and legal liability insurance for our passengers.
  4. Full payment by credit/debit card is required at the time of booking.
  5. Payments made with an American Express card will incur an additional 4.5% surcharge on any transaction.
  6. Bank transfer payment is possible only for +20 days’ notice reservation.
  7. Our company does not accept cash money payment.
  8. Our company do not charge hidden fees, the ammont charge will be the one quoted, exept when the service provided is defferent of the one confirmed (rescheduled, anormal delay, extra hours, extra stop, change of destination, damage on our vehicle)

Booking confirmation

For all bookings:

  1. A client will be deemed to have entered a contract with Platinium once acceptance of a reservation is confirmed by our Company either verbally over the phone at the time of booking or by return of e-mail; and/or as soon as the client has provided us with his/her credit/debit card information over the phone or via email at the time of booking.
  2. Where two or more people are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking shall be deemed to do so, on the basis that he/she acts as an agent for both or all members of the party, and accepts these booking conditions on behalf of each member of the party.
  3. Bookings are accepted only on condition that the hirer understands and accepts the terms and conditions mentioned below which come into effect upon full payment by credit/debit card at the time of booking.
  4. All our chauffeured car services operate on a first come, first served basis and therefore bookings are considered final/ conditioned to/stay firm upon full payment processing and approval.
  5. Please ensure that the phone number provided at the time of booking for both the Client and Lead passenger are fully operational cell phone numbers that will function properly in France as we cannot be held liable for any costs that may incur, if we are unable to contact you or your party.

Travel details accuracy

For all bookings:

  1. Platinium takes no responsibility for a failed chauffeur-driven car service due to late or improper supply of accurate travel information. Failure to supply this information also alleviates the responsibility of Platinium.
  2. For bookings via email only: It is the responsibility of the client to verify that dates, times and addresses are correct on the confirmation booking.
  3. It is also the client’s responsibility to let us know immediately about any inaccuracy or changes made to their travel itinerary as our drivers will be routed by the information provided by the Client at the time of booking.
  4. For airport transfers only: For airport pick-ups on inbound flights, it is essential that Platinium receives the correct flight numbers and arrival times. You can do this either online (by email) or by phone. If this information is not available at the time of booking, please ensure that you inform us via email or by phone at least 3 days prior to your departure.
  5. Passengers will be expected to contact us if they are unable to locate their driver.
  6. If we are unable to locate passengers at the pick-up point, a telephone call will be made by the chauffeur to the number given to us on the booking.

Health & Safety

Suitable Behavior:

  1. By French Law, all passengers must wear seatbelts.
  2. Smoking, eating or drinking are not permitted at any time in the vehicle except for bottled water and softdrinks with a re-sealable cap.
  3. No physical, verbal or mental abuse to the chauffeur will be tolerated.
  4. French law prohibits drug use. Any use shall result in termination of the transportation and the Client’s credit/debit card will be charged for the full quoted price and other occurring charges.

Baby/child car seat:

  1. Child or booster seats for use in sedan limousines and luxury minivans are available upon request at the time of booking. They are provided for free. It is the responsibility of the client to give us notice at the time of booking to ensure availability. We will not be held liable if a transfer cannot be completed due to failure to notify us.


  1. If your baggage fails to arrive at the airport with you, please contact our driver immediately as he will need to be made aware of your delay.
  2. The quantity of luggage items allowed depends on the type of vehicle used.
  3. Passengers are limited to one main item of luggage plus one regular-size ‘carry-on’ baggage. Any excess luggage must be declared at the time of booking. We reserve the right to charge an extra fee for items exceeding this allowance or refuse to transport the items.
  4. We accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage caused to luggage accompanying passengers except where there has been negligence on our behalf.
  5. Lost or Misplaced items / Personal belongings: It is the passengers’ responsibility to ensure that no valuables or luggage or any other personal item has been left in the vehicle at the end of the journey.
  6. Although Platinium is fully insured for passengers and third party claims, customer’s belongings are carried entirely at their own risk and the company shall not be held responsible / liable for any loss / damage to such property.
  7. The company will keep a lost and found registry at their office, and will endeavour to return to the customer, any item left in our vehicles.

Damages to our Company’s vehicles:

  1. Platinium Limousine has unlimited liability insurance coverage for its passengers.
  2. The client will be held responsible for any internal or external damage perpetrated to our vehicle by himself or by any member of his/her party during the duration of the rental.
  3. No domestic animal/pet may be carried in one of our vehicles without our prior consent. If we agree to accommodate it in the vehicle, it will need to be securely housed in a suitable and safe pet carrier.


Domain of Jurisdiction
  1. These terms and conditions shall not affect the client’s statutory rights under the French law.

  1. The Client or Customer or You: the Client is the person who makes the booking and takes responsibility for all other passengers’ behaviour in his/her party. He/she will also be charged for all car services booked by himself or directly by a member of his party.
  2. Agents: Agents are third parties such as travel agents who make chauffeur-driven car bookings with us, on behalf of Clients.
